Information we collect
If you register interest, we collect your email address, optional name, selected interest categories, consent status, and submission time. If you contact us, we collect your name, email, optional organization, topic, message, and submission time.
Why we use it
We use interest data to understand community demand and send relevant project updates. We use contact data to review and respond to the message you sent. We do not use a form response as proof of club membership, a ticket order, employment, player registration, or sponsorship.
Legal basis and consent
Email updates are based on your affirmative consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time. Contact messages are processed to respond to your request and maintain a reasonable record of project communications.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information. Hosting and database infrastructure may process data on our behalf. If additional email or customer-management providers are connected later, this notice should be updated before data is transferred.
Retention
We retain interest records while the project remains relevant or until you withdraw consent. Contact records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, legal, security, or record-keeping needs.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of email consent through the Contact page. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use limited first-party performance analytics supplied by the hosting platform. No advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral profiles, ticket tracking, or shop tracking are represented in the current launch mode.
Children
This website is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. A parent or guardian should submit any inquiry involving a minor.
